You can find a list of media players that should work with beaming here.

back to questions

Yes, you can, but we are currently seeing some conflicts when you initially install Twonky 7.0. Please follow the following steps to run both programs at the same time.

  • Open TwonkyManager/TwonkyServer and copy down your license key.
  • Uninstall TwonkyManager/TwonkyServer
  • Install Twonky 7.0
  • Reinstall TwonkyManager/TwonkyServer

back to questions

I already have TwonkyManager/TwonkyServer 6.x, do I still need Twonky 7.0?

By integrating with your Twonky account on myTwonky.com, Twonky 7.0 offers many features that are not included with TwonkyManager or TwonkyServer 6.0, including enhanced media feeds. We strongly encourage you to sign up for a Twonky account and use Twonky 7.0 to get the most out of myTwonky. Twonky 7.0 is not an update to TwonkyManager or TwonkyServer 6.x though.
